Process automation: recurring office work becomes a monitored workflow
We turn the processes your team repeats every week — quote follow-ups, report assembly, CRM updates, meeting notes — into automated workflows with LLM steps, logging and fallbacks.
The problem
The process is known, documented even — and still done by hand: copy data from A to B, summarize the call, update the CRM, assemble the weekly report. Classic automation broke on the unstructured parts. Language models close exactly that gap.
What we build
- n8n / API workflows — orchestration on n8n or your existing tooling — self-hostable, inspectable, not a black box.
- LLM steps where text is involved — summarizing, drafting, classifying, extracting — embedded as single steps inside deterministic workflows.
- Meeting-to-CRM pipeline — calls are transcribed, action items extracted, the CRM record updated automatically.
- Fallbacks & alerting — every step has a failure path; a stuck workflow notifies a person instead of failing silently.
- Dashboards — you see what ran, what it cost and what it saved.
How it works
Process mapping
We map 2–3 candidate processes and pick the one with the fastest payback.
Prototype workflow
Within 2–4 weeks the workflow runs on real data in parallel to the manual process.
Hardening
Edge cases, retries, alerting and access control — the unglamorous part that makes it production-grade.
Handover or operations
Your team can own the workflows (n8n is learnable) or we operate them for you.

Frequently asked questions
Why n8n and not Zapier or Make?
n8n is self-hostable — workflows and data can stay on EU or on-premise infrastructure, which matters under GDPR. Where a managed tool fits better, we say so.
What happens when a workflow breaks?
Every workflow ships with explicit failure paths: retries, dead-letter queues and a notification to a responsible person. Silent failure is the one behavior we design out.
Can our own team maintain the workflows?
Yes — that is a design goal. n8n workflows are visual and inspectable, and handover including documentation is part of the project.
