AI consulting: from vague ambition to a prioritized, compliant roadmap
A fixed-price audit that ends with a document you can act on: which use cases pay off first, what they need technically, and which GDPR and EU AI Act duties apply to you.
The problem
The pressure to "do something with AI" is real, but the offers are noise: every tool claims to be the solution, every consultancy sells a workshop. What is missing is an engineering answer — which of your processes are actually worth automating, with what, at what cost, under which legal obligations.
What we build
- Use-case inventory — we walk your processes with the people who run them and collect automation candidates.
- Prioritized roadmap — each candidate gets an effort estimate, an ROI estimate and a recommended order. Cases where AI is the wrong tool are marked as such.
- Model & vendor selection — EU-hosted, US cloud with safeguards, or local model — evaluated per use case, not by fashion.
- GDPR mapping — processing purposes, data-processing agreements, and where personal data may and may not flow.
- EU AI Act readiness — risk classification of your planned use cases and the duties that follow — including the staff AI-literacy obligation (Art. 4) that already applies.
How it works
Kickoff & process walk
Half a day with the people who run the processes — not just management.
Analysis
We rate candidates by payback, feasibility, data readiness and legal exposure.
Roadmap workshop
We present the roadmap, argue the priorities and adjust with your team.
Optional: build
If you want, we build the first prototype ourselves — but the roadmap is vendor-neutral and yours either way.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a sales pitch for your implementation services?
The roadmap is vendor-neutral and complete without us: any competent integrator can execute it. If we also build it, fine — but the audit stands on its own and is priced as its own product.
Does the EU AI Act even apply to a company our size?
Partly, yes. The staff AI-literacy duty (Art. 4) applies to every company using AI since February 2025, and using high-risk categories triggers more. Most SMB use cases are low-risk — but you should know, not guess.
What do we get at the end?
A written roadmap: prioritized use cases with effort and ROI estimates, a technology recommendation per case, and a GDPR / AI Act obligations map. A document to decide with.
