Every day, invoices and order confirmations arrive as PDFs and scans in a dozen layouts. Someone opens each one and types amounts, dates and positions into the ERP. It is slow, mind-numbing and the typos surface weeks later in accounting.

- Layout-independent extraction — LLM-based reading handles new supplier formats without per-template configuration.
- Validation rules — totals must add up, VAT rates must match, order numbers must exist in your system — violations get flagged, not imported.

How accurate is it?
That depends on your documents, which is why we measure it on your real sample before you commit. The design goal is not 100% automation but a reliable split: clean documents flow through, uncertain fields go to a person.
Do we have to change our ERP?
No. We integrate through the interfaces your system already offers — APIs, import formats or file drops. The extraction layer sits in front of it.
Is this GDPR-compliant with supplier and customer data?
Yes. Processing runs on EU infrastructure or on-premise, with data-processing agreements in place and no training use of your documents.
